By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Service
- RSR Fintech is a SaaS technology provider.
- We do not engage in lending, borrowing, credit facilitation, or financial intermediation.
- The software is provided for internal record-keeping and workflow management only.
User Responsibility
- All loan-related decisions, disbursements, collections, interest calculations,
and regulatory compliance are the sole responsibility of the user.
- RSR Fintech holds no liability for financial outcomes or customer disputes.
Payments
- All payments made to RSR Fintech are strictly for software subscription and licensing.
- No payment represents financial services, lending fees, or collections.
Limitation of Liability
RSR Fintech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses
arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Important Note:
The LMS App is a companion application and provides limited functionality.
The 14-day free trial is applicable only to the Web LMS.
The LMS App does not process payments, subscriptions, or financial transactions.
All business transactions are handled exclusively on the web platform.
Data Protection
Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms,
fraudulent activity, or any other reason that may compromise system integrity.
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
