Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

• RSR Fintech provides a 14-day free trial through the Web LMS.
• No payment is required to access the trial.

Early Subscription Refund

• If a customer subscribes during the trial period and cancels within 14 days, the full subscription amount will be refunded.
• This is considered an early subscription cancellation.

No Refund After Trial

• Once the 14-day trial period has ended, subscriptions become non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after trial expiry under any circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
